1How does it work? Will I get immediate access to my personalised program in your app?
Visual changes start appearing as soon as within the 2nd week, the real changes however happen in YOUR mindset and start taking place from day 1.
2Do you offer any type of guarantee?
Yes of course! If a client follows all the daily guidelines provided for the 90 days but doesn’t get visible results then I will let you stay in my program until you get results! That’s why My app has an extensive tracking system for the client’s progress. So we both are equally accountable for your success.
3How will I get support? Who will monitor my progress?
You will get direct access to 1-on-1 chat support with me after signing up. I usually always reply within a few hours. You will complete progress check-ins every week by updating your measurements, photos, weight etc. which is how I will monitor your progress and make updates to your plan to ensure you keep getting results consistently. In some cases, I even call you if I see you slacking off.
4I am a complete beginner, can you still help me?
I respect YOUR current fitness level to ensure that as a beginner, you don’t feel overwhelmed or demotivated while an advanced trainee will be pleasantly surprised how much more progress can be made under my guidance.
5Will I get results if I am vegetarian?.
Yes, absolutely, I’ll create your meal plan and make sure to get all the meals you need to get the best results.
6Will the diet be budget friendly and will foods be easily available?
Yes, the diet will include budget friendly foods that are easily available in your area.
7What equipment do I need for workout plans?
YIf you opt for a gym-based workout then you can let me know the available equipment in your gym and we can customise your routines. If you opt for an at-home workout then it would be great if you have a pair of dumbbells for best results. In any case, I can assign you body-weight plans too so it all depends on your preference and I can customise it to your needs.
8Do you provide PDFs?
No, we do not provide static content such as PDFs because your body keeps changing which means the workouts and meals plan need to be continually updated. The reason we created an app is so that we can constantly update the workouts and meal plans based on your body to ensure you keep getting results.
